Mangalore buns:

1/2 cup over riped mashed bananas
2 tbl spoon sugar
2 tbl spoon yogurt
1/8 tea spoon baking soda
1 and 1/2 cups to 2 cups  maida 
1/2 tea spn cumin seeds (optional)
1/4 tea spn pepper powder (optional)
Oil
Salt
 Add sugar, salt, cumin seeds (optional), pepper (optional), soda and yogurt to mashed bananas. Mix well.
Add Maida flour and mix to make dough. The amount of flour specified is approximate, add enough to make a stiff dough.
Cover it and leave for about 2-3 hrs or in refrigerated overnight
Heat oil. Take small balls of dough and roll into small puris. Deep fry.
Serve hot with Pudina Chutney
